FPE designed this lounge and coffee bar as a flexible tenant amenity directly accessed from the lobby of a 700,000 square foot midtown office building. The lounge offers a wide variety of seating areas, separate nooks, and private phone booths for use outside of individual office environments.  All furnishings, finishes, and custom millwork were chosen for durability as well as comfort. Lighting and color palette were chosen to relate back to the lobby design to promote a visually quiet environment.
