Following the success of the 1400 Lounge, FPE expanded the amenity program with an adjacent Town Hall built out within an underutilized retail space.   The Town Hall can accommodate up to 200 occupants for seminars and meetings with three large screens and full AV.  A pantry and service bar support catered events. Materials, colors and finishes complement the adjacent Lounge, the Town Hall can be accessed either from the Lounge, or directly from the street.
