The completion of 80,000 sf of Art Studios, Galleries, and Co-Working Office space represents the final phase of a 15 year repurposing of this 480,000 sf Federal Landmark in the Historic Powerhouse Arts District in Jersey City.  The layout features varied shared areas for casual interaction and offers maximum flexibility for prospective tenants.  Finishes enhance the industrial nature of the building and conform to National Park Service requirements.  FPE also served as the Executive Architect for a 120,000 square foot dormitory for Nyack College which was constructed concurrently and completed in the winter of 2021.
