At 1501 Broadway, in addition to the lobby installation, FPE has been retained to provide Architectural Services for the installation of over 30,000 square feet of tenant space.
Two of the most significant office designs are on the 24th Floor for the Broadway production team of Adventureland and The Booking Group and on the 19th Floor for the Advertising Agency of RPM.
Working closely with Adventureland principal, Jeffrey Sellers and TBG principal, Meredith Blair, FPE conceived a refined industrial environment utilizing oil rubbed oak, clear lacquered raw steel, patterned glass, and vintage lighting. Special attention was placed on the pantry and adjacent communal areas which provide a focal point and gathering location for the two firms.
At RPM, rugged raw existing ceiling and floor finishes and exposed ductwork and piping were set against crisp storefront finishes and lighting fixtures in an open concept layout. The result is a modern, collaborative space for a young, edgy advertising agency.
