The triangular building, similar in shape to the iconic Flatiron Building, served as the original site of the New York Cocoa Exchange. FPE served as architect for the conversion of the 15 story commercial structure into 126 residential units. The historic white Carerra marble lobby and grand staircase at the original Beaver Street entrance has been fully restored while the new lobby entrance has been relocated to Wall Street Court. A rooftop communal penthouse was added leading to a landscaped sundeck with downtown and river views.
