We successfully worked with village zoning regulation to maximize the size of this new shingled residence while maintaining room on a tight corner site for a pool, gardens and detached garage. The living room, sun room and master bedroom have generous glazing on three sides, maximizing the light throughout the day, while the large sliding doors allow the inside to easily transition to the landscaped site.
