FPE Architects converted a large existing manufacturing building in Williamsburg for residential use. Following recent neighborhood zoning changes, the Mill, was developed as luxury condominiums totaling 63 units, with a variety of unique amenities. The building features private rooftop ‘cabanas’ integral to the top floor units, cantilevered balconies overlooking a rear courtyard, indoor parking, and individual utility spaces in each unit. The Mill offers a distinctive product in an increasingly competitive market.
